Hospital, hospital

Here Tom and I are waiting at Kobil, our "bus stop", with one of our favorite locals. He always made sure we got on the right bus and were never charged Muzungu prices. He's the real MVP.
Our ride to the office was on the Hospital/SDA route and the conductors would all lean out the window and yell: "Wospitoh, Wospitoh!!"
I quickly became known as the Muzungu girl who refused to pay inflated prices, as I always imposed how many Kwacha I would pay before stepping foot in the buses. I gained this trait through trial and error, since I was thrown off the bus and spat at for refusing to pay K8 for a K5 bus ride.
