Fantastic Felistus

This is Felistus. She is a peer leader for Sport in Action's Girls in Action program, where she runs an open forum for girls in the community. Girls are encouraged to come and ask questions about anything pertaining to their rights, education, sexual wellbeing and health or anything they wish. It is a nonjudgmental, non directive program that aims to better equip the future generations of Zambian women with the knowledge they need to progress in society, whether that be through motherhood or profession.

I met Felistus on the first day at the induction and was charmed by her enthusiasm and personality. She spends some of her time around Fountain and brings her two year old son Blessings with her.
