We planned to leave the hostel this morning at 6am, but Zamtime is a real thing, so we weren't picked up until 7am. After about an hour and a half bus ride, we finally made it to the Zambia-Botswana border.

The governments are collaborating to construct a bridge between the two nations, but for the time being the only way to cross the border is by boat.

Botswana and Zambia were not the only countries we visited today. Our water safari toured around the waters in Namibia as well. Needless to say, we also spent a fair amount of time in no man's land.

We were fortunate to not run into any major issues at the borders, however, upon our return into Zambia, Dom was stopped and questioned about his visa. In the car, the rest of us kept joking that he was going to be deported.
